This endowed scholarship was established in 2021 by Ralph Whitener. This scholarship is to honor the memory of his wife Elaine who he was married to for 53 years.
1) Must be enrolled in the Nursing Program.
2) Priority will go to a Green Sea Floyds High School
Graduate.
3) Must be a resident of Horry or Georgetown County.
4) Must be a full-time student.
