This annual scholarship was established in 2017 by William and Allyson Hirsh in Memory of John Phillip McCoy, Jr., a former HGTC student who was a Navy Veteran of the Gulf War.

Eligibility Criteria

1) Must be enrolled in the Culinary Arts program.
2) Must have a cumulative GPA of 2.0 or greater.
