Established in February 2018 by HGTC Forestry Graduates, this scholarship recognizes and honors Joe H. Phillips role in the tremendous success of the Forestry Management associate degree program, for its impact on the forestry community in South Carolina and beyond, and for his outstanding leadership, dedication, and years of service to HGTC.
1) Must be enrolled in the Forestry Management
Program.
2) Must be a full-time, second year student.
3) Must be a resident of South Carolina.
4) Must be a graduate of any South Carolina
High School or GED.
5) Must have a cumulative GPA of 2.2 or greater.
