The Andy Quattlebaum Trades Scholarship was established in 2025 to support Andy’s memory and passion for education and community building. It recognizes that there is a need for High School ROTC graduates who want to pursue a profession in the building and manufacturing of the trades.
1) Must be enrolled in a trade program or certificate.
2) Must have been in a SC High School ROTC program.
3) Must be a Full-Time student per program guidelines.
– First year, continuance in second year if program qualified.
4) Must have a minimum GPA of 3.0
