This annual Scholarship, established in 2022 by the Rebecca C. Parsons Foundation, is to provide financial assistance to students from the Andrews, SC area. This assistance is to enable these students to further their education by enrolling in a degree or certificate program.
1. Must be a graduate of Andrews High School.
2. Must have a cumulative GPA of 2.0.
