Established in 2008 by Mrs. Mabel Greene and Mrs. Betsy Greene in honor of their son and husband respectively. Billy was a successful 2001 graduate of the Culinary Arts program who passed away.
Eligibility Criteria
1) Must be enrolled in the Culinary Arts program
2) Must write an essay detailing his or her career goals, qualifications, and why they have chosen
Culinary Arts as a career.
