About the Scholarship

This scholarship was established in October 2023 by Carolyn & Phillip Fulton in honor their son, Blake Allen Fulton who passed away at the age of 40 from Leukemia.

Eligibility Criteria

1. Must be a resident of Horry or Georgetown Counties
2. Must be enrolled in any Engineering or Advanced
Manufacturing and Industrial Technologies Program
3. Must be a full-time student.
4. Must have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or greater.
