This endowed scholarship was established in 2022 by Terry Watkins to honor the memory of his wife of 52 years. Charlotte Watkins spent 38 years of her life devoted to public education. She loved to travel and spend time with her family. With this scholarship Terry would like to keep his Charlotte’s memory alive helping students who are currently or was in the foster care system.
1) Must be a resident of Horry or Georgetown County.
2) Must have a minimum of nine credit hours in Major.
3) Must have a cumulative GPA of 2.0 or greater.
4) Must have been or currently be a foster child.
