Established in 1990 by Mrs. Govan, a Horry County resident who wished to provide funds for educational opportunities for those who had severe financial need.

Eligibility Criteria

1) Must have a cumulative GPA of 2.75 or greater.
2) Must be enrolled in an associate degree program.
