About the Scholarship

This endowed scholarship was established in February 2024 by the HGTC Foundation Board of Directors, in recognition of Thomas “Buddy” Styers and his contributions to HGTC via the Myrtle Beach Air Force Redevelopment Authority.

Eligibility Criteria

1) Must be a resident of South Carolina.
2) Must be enrolled in a Workforce Development
Program.
3) Must have a cumulative GPA of 2.0 or greater.
