Established in 2016 by Locke and Cathy Floyd to honor Locke’s mother, Delia Floyd. Delia was a single mother who returned to school and pursued a career in teaching.
1) Must be a resident of Horry or Georgetown County.
2) Must be a student in the Associate in Science –
Teacher Education.
3) Must have a cumulative GPA of 2.75 or greater.
4) Sciences programs may also be considered.
5) Preference is given to a parent, single or married.
