Established in 2000 by the family to honor the memory of Franklin and Elsie Burroughs, long-time residents of Conway.

Eligibility Criteria

1) Must be a resident of Horry County, as confirmed by either being born in Horry County or graduating
from an Horry County High School.
2) Must be enrolled full-time.
3) Must have a cumulative GPA of 2.0 or greater.
