About the Scholarship

Established in 2007 by the Board of Directors of Horry Telephone Cooperative, Inc., family members, and friends to honor the memory of Mr. McNeill, former president of HTC.

Eligibility Criteria

1) Must be enrolled in the Electronic Engineering
Technology Program;
2) Must have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or greater;
3) Must be a resident of Horry or Georgetown County;
and
4) Must be a graduate of an Horry or Georgetown
County High School.
