Established in 2006 by Brenda and Benedict Rosen of Myrtle Beach. The purpose of this scholarship is to provide unmet educational needs to HGTC students.
1) Must be a resident of Horry or Georgetown County.
2) Must be enrolled full-time or part-time.
3) Must be a second-year student.
4) Must have a cumulative GPA of 2.0 or greater
