Established in August 2016 by the Surfside Rotary Club. The purpose of this scholarship is to recognize an outstanding student to help support college tuition or books. This money would be given to a student who is working full time and going to school full time and has no other college support.
1) Must be a resident of Horry County.
2) Must have graduated from an Horry County
High School.
3) Must be a full-time student.
4) Must volunteer in the community.
5) Must have a cumulative GPA of 2.5 or greater.
